As all of our products are printed and made-to-order we strongly recommend that you request a free sample of any of our wallpapers prior to purchase to ensure you are happy with the colours. You are entitled to return you products for any reason and gain a full refund, so long as you inform us of your intention to do so within the 28 of receipt of your product.
In the event of a fault please return the product to us with the labels and/or order confirmations. Please do note that you should check all wallpapers for faults before and during hanging. You should only hang three drops before reporting a fault, please contact us immediately if a fault is found so that we can send out replacements if necessary.
You should hang our wallpaper product according to the recommendations printed on the label. If you wish to return products, please notify us that you are doing so prior to posting them.
If products are found to be faulty all postage costs will be refunded.
